Diagnostics
The exploration the repair facility
administers to certain parts of your
vehicle to determine the necessary
repairs needed for your vehicle to be
operable.
Types Of Diagnostic Check Offered
.: Check Engine Light (Service Engine
Soon)
Our most common request for
diagnostic testing is due to the “Check
Engine” Light coming on. Our
technicians are trained to use the
current diagnostic equipment to
properly troubleshoot today’s modern
computer system.
.: Engine Cranks But Not Starting
We provide full service diagnostic
testing to repair “Engine Cranks But
Does Not Start”. Our technicians are
trained to handle the most advanced
level of diagnostics skills required.
.: Engine Not Cranking
Another problem requiring engine
diagnostic testing is “Engine Not
Cranking”. A dead battery can be more
than just a dead battery. It can be an
alternator not charging. Or an
alternator that IS charging but has a
bad diode that can drain a battery. It
could even have a draw or short in the
system. What ever it is our skilled
technicians are trained to find the
problem. This thorough approach will
keep your vehicle from returning again
with the same problem.
.: Engine Rough Running
An engine rough running can be a
very advanced form of diagnostic
testing. Especially when it is
intermittent. We have the computer
diagnostic equipment and technical
data that is required for this type of
diagnostic check.
Drivetrain
A drivetrain is all of a vehicles
components that create power and
transmit it to the wheels, i.e. the
engine, the transmission, the
differential(s), the hubs, and any
interconnecting shafts.
Automatic Transmissions
.: Transmission Machine Flush
Our transmission flush is very different
from what is found at the quickly oil
change places. Our equipment is
designed to use a special cleaner that
removes the gunk and deposits that
build up inside your transmission. After
it has been cleaned, then new fluid is
added to the clean transmission. The
BG 7 year/150,000 Mile Protection
Plan is available for qualifying vehicles.

.: Transmission Filter And Gasket
Service
Most transmissions have a fiber/paper
filter that can be replaced. The bottom
pan is required to come off to gain
access to the filter. This pan is then
resealed with a gasket or sealer. We
have gone to great lengths to find
special gaskets and sealers to assure
that the transmission does not leak
when we are finished.
.: Transmission Replacement
We offer factory remanufactured
transmissions. The warranty will range
from a Nationwide 3 years 36,000
miles to an unbeatable 100,000 miles.
Engines
.: General Service
As a full service repair facility we offer
engine service such as: tune-ups,
timing belts, intake manifold gaskets
and much more.
.: Major Engine Repair
We can take care of your engine
repair needs whether it has blown a
head gasket or if it needs a valve job.
.: Engine Replacement
We offer factory remanufactured
engines. The warranty will range form
a Nationwide 3 Year 100,000 Mile
Warranty up to an unbeatable
Nationwide 3 Year Unlimited Mileage
Warranty.
Steering & Suspension
Your vehicle should have a well
maintained steering and suspension
system. The reason to have it properly
maintained is not just to have a
comfortable ride. It is needed to keep
your vehicle safe at all times.
.: Shocks & Struts
Shocks and Struts provide more than
just a smooth ride. They support and
protect the rest of the steering and
suspension components. We sell only
top quality shocks and struts from
companies like Tokico, Bilstein,
Monroe and KYB. Does the quality
really matter? Yes. Shocks and struts
are to a car like shoes are for a
runner. You will never see a runner
buy cheap shoes because they will not
offer protection to the rest of the body
like the knees and ankles.
.: Alignments
We offer maintenance alignments. If
your alignment needs are more
extensive requiring shimming or
bending, we will refer you to a specialty
shop.
.: Power Steering
If your power steering system needs
repairs we can replace the power
steering pump, rack and pinion, hoses
and valves. However, we recommend
avoiding power steering repairs by
cleaning and flushing the lubrication
fluid every 30,000 miles. Old fluid does
not lubricate the system like it requires
which leads to unnecessary repairs.
We use the BG Power Steering
Flushing Machine for this service.

.: Major Repairs
We provide major repairs for steering
and suspension parts like idler arms,
tie rods, ball joints and more.
.: Nationwide Warranty
Additionally, when you have your
vehicle serviced at our repair facility,
your warranty will go where you go.
This warranty is part of The NAPA Auto
Care Program. All parts and services
are covered under this warranty even
if the parts purchased were not from
NAPA. So whether you travel several
hours away or relocate to another part
of the country, your Nationwide

Mind.
Brake System
A good working brake system is the
most important thing on your vehicle.
From brake pads to hydraulic ABS
systems, we provide full service for
brake repair and maintenance on your
vehicle’s brake system.
The Most Important Part of Your
Vehicle: Brakes
.: Brake Inspection
Every brake service should start with
an inspection. We take inspecting
brakes very serious, as it should be.
Our inspections are thorough and
always include checking the complete
system. Even the condition of the
brake fluid is tested.
.: Brake Pads
Sometimes a brake repair will involve
replacing the brake pads. Our
customers tell us they love our always
quite, long lasting Lifetime Guaranteed
Brake Pads. We never use the sub
standard built-for-price brake pads.
.: Brake Rotors and Drums
Resurface of the brake rotors or drums
is always included in our brake service.
If this resurfacing were not included it
would almost certainly guarantee the
rotors would become warped before
the next set of pads are worn out. If a
new brake rotor or drum is required to
be replaced, your can rest assured
that the rotor or drum chosen is
first-rate quality.
.: Brake Fluid Flush
We provide brake fluid flushing with
the BG Flushing Machine. Once it is
flushed with this machine it will pass a
chemical test for 2 years (2 years is
the normal life span for brake fluid).
Old brake fluid causes problems from
leaks, sticking calipers to longer
stopping distances when you brake.
Old brake fluid can also lead to other
unnecessary brake repair. Watch Video
.: ABS System
If your ABS Light comes on, you need
brake service. We can provide the
necessary diagnostic testing to find the
problem.
.: Nationwide Warranty
All our brake service and brake repair
come with a 12-month/12,000 mile
Nationwide Warranty. Most of our
brake pads have a standard Lifetime
Guarantee. This can save you a lot of
money if you intend to keep your
vehicle for a long time.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance not only is
essential to keeping your vehicle
running at its highest level of
performance, safety and reliability – it
can also enhance your vehicle’s resale
value.
.: Oil And Filter Change
We use original equipment oil filters
with almost every oil change. Not some
no named brand. We use only Kendall
Motor Oil. This combination of
products assures your engine is
getting the filtration and lubrication it
needs.
.: Tune-Ups
The term “Tune-Up” has certainly
changed in it’s meaning in recent
years. The original definition is:
replace spark plugs, distributor cap
and ignition rotor. Set timing and
scope check engine. With today’s
modern vehicles the timing cannot be
adjusted and a traditional scope check
can’t be done. They still have spark
plugs but some of them last up to
100,000 miles. So today the term
“Tune-Up” means something else to
many people. Many consider it to
mean an oil change and safety check.
Others think a “Tune-Up” is needed
when the “Check Engine Light” comes
on. Still others use the term “Tune-Up”
interchangeably with a 30,000 Mile
Scheduled Service. So when you ask
us for a “Tune-Up” be prepared for us
to ask you what you consider to be a
“Tune-Up”.
.: Brake Fluid Flush
We provide brake fluid flushing with
the BG Flushing Machine. Once it is
flushed with this machine it will pass a
chemical test for 2 years (2 years is
the normal life span for brake fluid).
Old brake fluid causes a lot of
problems from leaks, sticking calipers
to longer stopping distances when you
brake. Watch Video
.: Coolant Flush
We us the BG Coolant Transfusion
Flushing Machine. This allows us to
remove and replace 100% of the old
fluid. This machine is also designed to
us a special chemical cleaner that
safely removes deposits that can
cause leaks. Watch Video
.: Tire Rotation
Add thousands of extra miles to tires
with regular rotation. This service is
FREE with every Full Service Oil
Change or Break Inspection.
.: Fluid Checks
We never just check to see if your
fluids are full. We always sample and
test the condition of your fluids. Why
do we do that? Because worn fluids
don’t lubricate like they are intended to
do. Worn out fluids can lead to
unnecessary repairs.
.: Keep Track Of Maintenance
Our customers tell us they love having
US keep track of their maintenance for
them. Our computer records are very
accessible. We perform a scan of
records whenever a vehicle is in for
service. This helps keep your vehicle
well maintained and worry free.
Computerized Records
Record keeping is very important. It’s
easy to remember when it’s time for an
oil change, but when was the last time
your fuel filter was replaced? Our
computerized records will make sure
that importance services are not
missed.
The Benefits Of Computerized
Records
.: Service Reminders
Our computerized records allow us to
contact you when it’s time for service.
This can be done by mail, email or a
friendly phone call.
.: Keeping Track Of Warranties
We often install parts that carry a
Lifetime Guarantee. Sometimes our
supplier will require a copy of the
original receipt. Our computerized
records allows for reprinting of receipts
quick and easy.
.: Keep Track Of Maintenance
Our customers tell us they love having
US keep track of their maintenance for
them. Our computer records are very
accessible. We perform a scan of
records whenever a vehicle is in for
service. This helps keep your vehicle
well maintained and worry free.
.: Avoid Guessing
Not having records can leave you
guessing. Some services are needed
every 30,000 miles. Some are every
year or every two years. It can be
difficult to identify whether or not an
item looks like it’s due to be replaced
or serviced. Having records will
prevent performing these services too
soon or too late.
.: Back Up Of Files
Keeping good computerized records
includes having a good back up of the
files. We make daily back ups that are
redundant and stored off site.

Heating & Cooling
Overheating can damage an engine. A
vehicle will overheat due to a lack of
needed maintenance. We provide
maintenance and repairs for your
heating and cooling system.
The Biggest Car Killer: Overheating
The Engine
.: Cooling System Hoses
Rubber parts like cooling system
hoses are not designed to last the life
of your vehicle. They are
recommended to be replaced every 5
years or 60,000 miles. This will
prevent them from getting too old and
unpredictable.
.: Radiators
We use top quality radiators made by
Koyo, Valao and Vistion. These are all
original equipment radiator
manufactures for companies like Ford,
Chrysler and Honda. Buying directly
from these companies allows us to
offer an unbeatable Limited Lifetime
Part Warranty.
.: Water Pumps
We have found many inferior quality
water pumps being sold. That’s why we
use only Original Equipment or Top
Quality water pumps.
.: Coolant Flushing
Old coolant can harm your engine.
That’s why we only use the BG
Flushing/Transfusion Machine. The
unique machine is designed to use a
special chemical cleaning the removes
deposits inside your cooling system,
which can cause leaks. It leaves
nothing behind by replacing 100% of
the old coolant. Watch Video
.: How To Avoid An Overheat
Your vehicle’s cooling system is not
designed to last the life of the vehicle.
Old coolant can ruin head gaskets,
intake manifold gaskets, radiators and
water pumps. Rubber parts like belts
and hoses should be replaced every 5
years or 60,000 miles. They can last
longer than this but the odds of failure
increase. A failure leads to an
overheat. The driver may not even
know the engine is overheating. How is
that? When a cooling system loses
coolant the temperature sensor may
no longer be touching water.
Therefore, making your temperature
gauge no longer reading correctly. An
overheat can blow the head gasket
and even damage then engine main
bearing.
.: Nationwide Warranty
Additionally, when you have your
vehicle serviced at our repair facility,
your warranty will go where you go.

How Does The Protection Plan Work?
Heres an example:
Perform a BG Transmission Flush at or before 36,000 miles. Your
transmission is now warrantied for 30,000 miles. Because you performed this
service at or before 36,000 miles you now qualify to renew the warranty for the
life of your vehicle by performing the BG Transmission Flush every 30,000
miles. Follow the BG Protection Plan recommended service intervals and your
transmission will be have the BG Lifetime Warranty.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Question:
I already have an extended warranty. What benefit will I get by having another
warranty?
Answer:
99% of all extended warranties end at 100,000 miles. So if you keep your
vehicle over 100,000 miles your extended warranty will be gone. If you have
and follow the BG Protection Plan recommended service intervals then your
transmission, engine, cooling system and power steering system will be
protected for the life of your vehicle.
Question:
Is the BG Transmission Flush different than the ones at the quickie oil change
places?
Answer:
Yes. The flushes offered at the quickie oil change places do not include a
cleaning process. Therefore, it is an incomplete service. The harm that can
occur is that the new fluid will now act as a cleaner and possibly harm your
transmission. The BG Transmission Flush does offer a full cleaning process
that won’t harm your vehicle. Another difference is the Protection Plan. Only
BG will offer you a Lifetime Warranty on your transmission.
Question:
What is a BG Fluid Flush?
Answer:
It is a high quality Fluid Exchange Process that remove deposits that build up
in your vehicle’s transmission, engine, cooling system and power steering
system.
